It has been many years of blood, sweat and tears, a lot of writer's block, lots of research, and when I had finally completed it, then of course came every trick in the book (excuse the pun) to not get it published!
All these disastrous thoughts swirled around in my head about what could happen if I published this book, and of course the number one thought was 'What if it's not good enough?' leading me to read and re-read it, add sections and delete sections, and just pretty much becoming more of a thorn in my side than an actual accomplishment.
After various nudges from my family though, I have finally decided that I will release my story to the world, because it has to be told. As I even wrote in my book, every single anxiety sufferer out there has a story to tell and has valuable information to share with other anxiety sufferer's. We need to stick together and share all our tools and tips so that we can finally defeat this condition and of course create awareness and end this dreadful stigma that gets associated with mental disorders.
The book will first be released as an Amazon Kindle, and thereafter an actual book.
So please watch this space as I will keep you all updated, and who knows, maybe I'll even do a give away or give a discount to a few lucky people ;)
