How to handle PTSD

You have to get to know what triggers your anxious feelings. It is also a very good idea to see someone to talk about the event that happened. Sometimes even therapies such as hypnotherapy may help with PTSD - but please go to someone reliable and reputable.

Getting diagnosed with PTSD

Like all anxiety disorders, no one knows you better than you. You can feel what you feeling and experiencing and it is not imperative to get diagnosed, but with PTSD, it is important to talk about the traumatic event in order to practice letting go.
